Private Enterprise Management Mode Selection Based on the Life Cycle Theory

Abstract


Abstract Based on the life cycle of the enterprise, this paper discusses what Chinese private enterprise should do in choosing management mode. In every stage of the life cycle of enterprises, appropriate management should be adopted according to the characteristics of that state in order to improve the management efficiency of the private enterprise and promote the development of China’s private enterprises.
