The Status Quo and Existing Problems in Contingent Construction of Chinese Entrepreneurs

Abstract


Entrepreneurs are the engines for the sustainable development of enterprises. It’s necessary to strengthen the contingent construction of entrepreneurs to establish and improve the modern enterprise system and achieve the stability and rapid development of economy. This paper analyses the status quo of contingent construction of Chinese entrepreneurs and points out the existing problems in it.

Résumé: L ’entrepreneur est le moteur du développement durable de l’ entreprise. Le renforcement de la construction d’une équipe d’entrepreneurs de haut niveau est indispensable pour l’établissement et la perfection d’un système d’entreprise moderne et pour un développement stable et rapide de l’économie. L’article a analysé l’état actuel de la construction d’équipe des entrepreneurs et nous a indiqué les problèmes qui y existaient.

摘 要：企業家是企業持續發展的發動機。加強企業家隊伍建設是建立和完善現代企業制度，實現經濟平穩、快速發展的必然需求。本文分析了中國企業家隊伍建設的基本現狀，並指出了企業家隊伍建設中存在的問題。
