Perfecting old age safeguard system, improving the elder 's quality of life, Have the great significance regarding the Chinese society's development and the construction.Taking and improving the elder quality of life is the country, the government, the society and the family bounden responsibility.

Résumé La perfection du système de sauvegarde de vieillesse et l’amélioration de leur qualité de vie revêtissent une grande signification pour le développement et la construction de la société chinoise. C’est un devoir absolu pour l’Etat, le gouvernement, la société et la famille d’attacher de l’importance à la vieillesse et d’élever leur qualité de vie.
