Chinese Private Bank Theory and Policy
Abstract
To develop the private bank is an important challenge which the present Chinese finance development faces. This article proposed the quite comprehensive private bank definition, the quite systematic private bank theory, as well as the choice policy for developing the Chinese private bank. Key word: private bank, private bank theory, private bank policy Résumé : Comment développer les banques privées en Chine constitue un défi important pour le secteur banquier Chinois. Cet article propose, selon la situation en Chine, la définition de la banque privée, la théorie et la politique du développement de la banque privée en Chine. Mots clés: Banque privée, Théorie de banque privée en Chine, Politique de developper les banques privées en Chine 摘要:發展民營銀行是現在中國金融發展所面臨的一個重要挑戰。本文旨在系統地解決中國發展民營銀行的系列問題,首先對民營銀行概念的爭論進行了評述,提出了比較全面的民營銀行定義;其次提出了比較系統的民營銀行理論,為中國民營銀行的發展提供了理論基礎;最後基於民營銀行定義和民營銀行理論以及中國金融現狀,提出了發展中國民營銀行可供選擇的政策。 關鍵詞:民營銀行;民營銀行理論;民營銀行政策
