Abstract: This article from the perspective of stakeholders, learned theory of stakeholders, creative industries, staff loyalty and staff loyalty level; established index system for evaluating employees loyalty of creative industries; through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and examples of Wuxi enterprises of the creative industries, did quantification and applied research to index system.
