Based on the people-first, quality-guaranteed education ideas, during construction of a paradigm of ideological and political education under the perspective of high-quality development, it is necessary to establish ideas of high-quality ideological and political education, build an ideological and political course system satisfying awareness of students in adult colleges, integrate Internet information and technologies, and innovate in teaching methods of high-quality ideological and political education. Colleges should adopt and enhance “three kinds of tutorship”, establish “three communities”, build a linkage mechanism satisfying social needs, set up paths for all-through optimized detection and assessment mechanisms, and realize high-quality development of the paradigm of ideological and political education.
