The Great Influence of The Bible on John Bunyan and The Pilgrim’s Progress
Abstract
As the very foundation of the western civilization, The Bible has been greatly influencing evorld, and the publication further broadens this influence. This essay offers a compaery aspect of the western wrison between The Bible and The Pilgrim’ s Progress, thus revealing the great influence of The Bible on John Bunyan and his The Pilgrim’s Progress on the aspect of the language style, theme, construction of the narrative and so on.
